I explore how wisdom traditions and frontier technologies can illuminate human potential and redefine what it means to be human in the age of AI.
In 2025, I spoke at ICF Converge 2025 in San Diego on Beyond the Human Coach: AI, Wisdom Traditions, and the Future of Coaching, based on my working paper published on SSRN. I was also interviewed on the ICF San Diego “Coffee & Conversations” podcast.

For more than two decades, I have studied Eastern and Western philosophies, working to bridge thought and practice through reflective inquiry and real-world application—including coaching. As an ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC), I have delivered 3,000+ coaching sessions in Japanese and English, supporting leaders and changemakers in global organizations.
With a Ph.D. in social thought and experience as a diplomat, UN official, and NGO director, I bring a global, interdisciplinary perspective to the evolving landscape of human transformation.
Currently, I serve as a Board Director of the ICF Thought Leadership Institute (TLI), where I advance international dialogue on coaching, AI, and the future of humanity.

東西の哲学を20年以上研究し、思索と実践をつなぐ探究を続けてきました。その一環としてコーチングを行い、ICF認定PCCコーチとして日本語・英語で 3,000回以上のセッションを提供し、グローバル企業のリーダーやチェンジメーカーを支援してきました。
社会思想の博士号を持ち、外交官、国連職員、国際NGOのディレクターとして活動してきた経験から、文明史的・倫理的・グローバルな視点をもって人間の変容とリーダーシップを捉えることができます。
現在は、ICF Thought Leadership Institute（TLI）理事として、AIと人間の未来、そして世界のコーチングが向かう方向について国際的な対話を推進しています。
